Scott W. Kay

Lead Pastor

Being committed to the in-depth expository teaching and preaching of Scripture, Scott’s passion is to call people to a God-centered vision that pervades all of life so that our souls would be satisfied in God’s greatness, and joyfully obedient because of God’s grace.

Born and bred in Texas, Scott trusted Christ in 1985 and began preaching as a teenager. In 1994, he earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from The Criswell College in Dallas, TX, and then in 2006, a Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (Atlanta campus). Having pastored churches in Texas and Georgia, Scott accepted the call in 2001 to become the founding pastor of Grace Church. Scott and his wife Amanda have four children: Rachel, Rebecca, Julianna, and Jonathan.
